EAR SEED PLACEMENT chart map

The right place changes everything.

Your ear holds more than you think. Each point is a conversation with your nervous system, and once you know the placements, the practice becomes effortless.

BEGIN WITH FEELING

Start with how you want to feel.

Auriculotherapy works with the body's own pathways. Every placement map is built around a single question: What does your body need today?

There's no wrong place to start. Calm is a ritual. Rest is a practice. Focus is a choice. Choose one, wear it, and notice what shifts.

Below is one sample placement to get you started. Your kit and the free Solstice app include everything else.

Your Calm Begins Here.

One map. Five points. A nervous system that finally gets a moment to breathe.

BEGIN WITH SHEN MEN

the Divine Gate —Shen Men is the anchor of this practice. It's the point most auriculotherapy protocols begin with, and for good reason: it's believed to amplify the effect of every other point you pair it with. Think of it as opening the door before you walk through.

The points quietly explained.

✦ Shen Men - The Divine Gate

ANCHOR POINT

The starting point of most auriculotherapy practices. Associated with the nervous system and a sense of overall ease. Traditionally used to amplify the effects of surrounding points, place this one first, always.

1 - Point Zero

GROUNDING

The body's natural reset button. Point Zero is described in auricular therapy as a homeostatic point — designed to bring the whole system back toward balance. When everything feels off-center, this is where you come back to.

2 - Heart

EMOTIONAL EASE

Traditionally associated with the calming of the mind and emotional steadiness. Used in auricular practices aimed at quieting mental noise and supporting a more centered emotional state. For the moments when your thoughts won't stop.

3 - Pineal Gland

DEEP CALM

One of auricular therapy's most recognized points for relaxation support. Associated with the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of you that knows how to soften when it's safe to. Traditionally used for its calming, settling effect.

4 - Anxious

RELEASE TENSION

Commonly used in auricular therapy to support emotional ease and may help with occasional feelings of tension or unease. Not a treatment — a gentle, wearable prompt for your body to find its own way back to calm.

USAGE QUESTIONS

Everything you're wondering.

Does my placement have to be exact?

You want to place your ear seed as close to the recommended point as possible. However, placing an ear seed slightly off a recommended point will still give you benefits.

How Do I know if its working?

Immediate to 24 Hours
Some individuals may experience a general sense of relaxation or mild comfort within the first few hours. Subtle shifts in perceived stress levels or tension may be noticed by the following day.

Several Days
In other cases, particularly for those with ongoing wellness concerns, it may take a few days of wearing the seeds and gently pressing on them periodically for potential effects to be observed. Regular pressure (a few times daily, as tolerated) may help optimize personal outcomes.

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Results may vary from person to person. If you have questions about your health, or if you experience any adverse effects, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

How Long Do I wear Them?

Ear Seeds can be worn for 3-5 days, once removed they can be replaced within 12-24 hours.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PLACEMENT MAP AT A TIME?

The short answer is yes. The ear is a complete system — practitioners have been layering points together for decades, and there's nothing wrong with combining maps once you know what you're working with.

If you're just starting out, one map at a time lets you actually feel what's shifting. Calm for a few days. Sleep the week after. Your body will tell you what it needs next. That's the practice — learning to listen before you layer.

The 40 seeds in your starter kit give you room to explore.

I'VE NEVER TRIED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. WHERE SHOULD I START?

Start with Calm. It's the most widely studied combination of points in auricular therapy, and it's where most people find their footing — not because it's the simplest, but because it meets you where you are.

The Shen Men point alone has been used in auricular practice for decades. Pair it with Point Zero and the Heart point and you have a protocol that's been studied for stress, emotional ease, and nervous system support across multiple peer-reviewed trials.

Wear them for a few days. Press gently when you remember — before sleep, in a tense moment, whenever. You're not doing it wrong if you forget. The practice is forgiving like that.

Notice what shifts. It's usually quiet. A slightly easier night. A moment of calm you wouldn't normally have caught. That's where it begins.
