Hover the seed over the selected point on the ear, and firmly press it down with your finger to secure it. To enhance the effects, massage the seeds 3-5 times a day, applying gentle pressure.

To remove tilt your ear toward the ground, peel them off with either your fingers or tweezers and throw them away.
Allow the ear to rest for at least 12 hours before reapplying new ear seeds to avoid skin irritation and maintain effectiveness.
