STEP 3:

Apply Seeds

Using tweezers, remove ear seed and adhesive backing from strip and carefully place on the identified point. Press gently to secure in place.

Step 4:

Daily Massage

Apply light pressure to each ear seed throughout the day for 15-30 seconds. This gentle massage helps stimulate the ear points as part of your routine.

Step 5:

Leave for 3-5 Days

Leave in place for 3-5 days, you can swim, shower and perform all your normal activities while your ear seeds do their job.

To remove tilt your ear toward the ground, peel them off with either your fingers or tweezers and throw them away.

Allow the ear to rest for at least 12 hours before reapplying new ear seeds to avoid skin irritation and maintain effectiveness.
